Fees
Our fee structure is very simple. We don’t work on a percentage
basis, but instead we work on a fixed fee. As a result our fees offer
exceptional value and are significantly less than those charged by other
executive recruitment companies. Executive
Search
Our highly specialised process produces consistently successful results
and offers significant savings in both time and cost for our clients.
We charge a fixed fee of £7500 for each assignment payable as
follows:
- Stage 1 £2,500 on completion of the target list and name gathering
- Stage 2 £2,500 on presentation of the shortlist
- Stage 3 £2,500 on the acceptance of an offer
Advertised Selection
We do not believe that you should pay a placement fee for a candidate
generated through an advertisement that you have paid for. So we charge
a fixed fee based on the time it takes us to design your advertisement,
handle the response and interview and shortlist candidates. There are
no shortlist or placement fees.
- A fee of £500 is payable for us to write the copy, design
the advertisement, book and schedule the space.
- Advertising costs are invoiced directly to the client at cost.
- A handling fee of £2,500 is payable for us to handle the response,
screen and interview candidates and present a shortlist of the best
candidates.
Contingency Search
Our contingency search service is entirely results focused. You do
not pay a fee unless a candidate we introduce accepts an offer of employment
from you.
- We charge a fixed fee of £5,000 on acceptance of an offer
Recruitment Research
Our recruitment research service enables you to generate candidate
CV’s from a targeted list of 20-30 companies.
- Stage 1 £2,500 on completion of the target list and name gathering
- Stage 2 £2,500 on presentation of the shortlist
