Once we have identified the appropriate individuals our consultants contact them to present the opportunity. With their extensive HR knowledge, our consultants have real credibility and empathy with senior HR specialists and are able to effectively screen candidates to present you with a shortlist of 3-5 high quality candidates. We present you with a brief profile on the candidate with our comments together with a copy of their original CV. We do not re-write applicant's CVs as we believe that you are more interested in their ability to communicate in writing than ours. We are in constant contact with your candidates and focus on maintaining their motivation and interest as they progress through your selection process. We obtain feedback from candidates, on your behalf, through each stage of your selection process and ensure that the assignment remains on track to meet its objectives. Once you have decided who you would like to offer the role to we provide advice on the remuneration package in light of both market conditions and individual candidate’s personal circumstances. Once we have secured the candidates acceptance we maintain contact during their notice period and until they commence in their new role to ensure a smooth transition from applicant to employee. |
