Research
Increasing companies are recognising that recruitment research services
can offer an alternative to traditional recruitment methods. If you
do not have the budget for a fully managed search but still want access
to high quality HR candidates who are not currently on the job market,
we offer a bespoke recruitment research service.
Our process is straightforward you brief us in full about the recruitment
assignment, giving as much detail as possible with regard to the role
and the company.
Stage 1 Target list and Name Gathering
- We agree with you a target list of 20-30 companies to research where
we believe that we will find individuals with the appropriate skills
and experience for your role.
- We complete both desk and telephone research into the approved list
of target companies, identifying individuals at an appropriate level
for your role. Once this long list of names is completed we provide
you with a report detailing the names and job titles of potentially
relevant personnel so that we can agree which candidates you wish
us to approach.
Stage 2 Candidate Approaches and Screening
- We then approach potential candidates, either introducing the company
openly, using “Talent Finders” or anonymously with the
researchers name only, depending on the level of confidentiality you
require. We outline the potential opportunity to them and if they
are interested, obtain their full CV, conduct a detailed telephone
interview and evaluate their experience and suitability for the role.
- We provide a one-page profile of appropriate candidates which
meet your requirements together with a copy of their original CV.
We can select the best candidates to shortlist or alternatively provide
you with profiles and CV’s on the most promising candidates
from which you can shortlist.
We pass CVs of suitable individuals directly to you for you manage
them through your selection process.
