About UsTalent Finders is privately owned and was established by HR specialists who had been on the client side of recruitment for many years. As clients we were unimpressed by the approach of many of the traditional recruitment consultancies. We did not feel that they offered value for money and felt that we could provide a better quality of service at a more reasonable cost than we had been charged in the past. We decided to focus on client’s and their needs and on building recruitment relationships, rather than transactional sales led recruitment and have developed services to help clients find the individuals they require, when they require them, quickly and cost effectively. We have built and maintain a bespoke system with contact details for over 60,000 HR Professionals, so that when you have a requirement we can quickly identify and approach the individuals with the skills and experience you require. Our experienced consultants have worked at senior levels within HR and are members of the CIPD. They are familiar with the skills and experience that you require (they have probably recruited individuals to perform an equivalent role for themselves) and are experienced interviewers who can select the best candidates who match your requirements. They manage your assignment from the initial brief through to the negotiation and acceptance of the offer. |
